Perched on top of a three-storey private residence, our team increased the outdoor living area to the rooftop to maximize privacy, space and expansive city views.

With a desire to increase the outdoor space, our clients recognized the potential of an under-utilized area on the flat roof portion of their Toronto home. By adding an exterior stair and creating a defined use of space, the rooftop was transformed into a private oasis and a true extension of the home. An abundance of greenery along the perimeter and soft furnishings mixed with warm teak created the base for a space that is truly unique to the home and neighbourhood.
